Return Policy

Our goal is to continually offer unique, quality items that keep you coming back to Apache Blaze and telling your friends. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 10 days of receipt.   All we ask is that any item you return be in the exact same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please include the packing slip.  Simple.

Important: If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions

Glass may be exchanged for a different size, style or design of equal or lesser value.
Non-glass items may only be exchanged for a similar non-glass item of equal or lesser value.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Apache Blaze Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a team member to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Contact us first.  Under no circumstance does Apache Blaze reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior arrangement.  If an item is damaged or defective, the recipient must have had a conversation with our Response Team as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit.

How to request a Return

Contact our Response Team through the online "Contact Us" form on this page to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You must make this request within 10 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of “Reason for Return" and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
  • Use the UPLOAD PHOTO field to provide digital images of damaged or defective products, if that’s the reason for return.

What the Return Process Usually Entails

  1. Print and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form.
  2. Include this paper in your package along with your returned item.
  3. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

  • You will be notified when your return is received, with an indication as to what will follow.
  • If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase, depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds.  *account credits are not available presently.
  • An email will be sent letting you know once the return has been processed.

Defective Items

We’re a small company run by very conscientious folks that will personally fill your order after carefully inspecting what goes in the package more than once … so odds are you’ll receive exactly what we promised.  However, if it were to ever happen that something got past us and there’s a defective item you need to return, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage (along with a clear description of the problem).  In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer, that’s all you’ll have to do – it’s in the mail!  *account credits are not available
If the defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may need to be returned to Apache Blaze for inspection before a determination can be made and action taken.
